Marketplace

Marketplace Explained

The Marketplace is where managers trade directly with each other. The MFL Store sells new assets into the game. The Marketplace is where those assets change hands afterward. If you want to buy a specific player, sell someone who does not fit your system, or pick up an entire club, this is where it happens.

What You Can Trade

Players

Buying: Browse listed players using filters and sorting options. Every listing shows full player details: attributes, position, age, rarity, contract status. Looking for a young winger with high potential? Filter for it. Want a proven veteran to shore up your defense? Sort by overall rating and dig in.

Selling: List any player you own for sale at a set price. Once listed, any manager can purchase them at that price. Simple as that.

Clubs

Entire clubs can be bought and sold on the Marketplace. When you buy a club, you get the division spot, the club identity, and all currently contracted players for the remainder of their contracts. You do not gain ownership of the players themselves. Those still belong to their agents. Once the contracts expire, those players return to free agency unless you renegotiate.

It is the fastest way to jump into competitive play with an established squad.

Packs

Unopened packs can also be listed and bought on the Marketplace. If you want to sell a pack you are holding, or pick one up without waiting for a drop, this is where to look.

Offers

Do not want to pay the listed price? Submit an offer instead. Here is how it works:

  • Set your price -- Name what you are willing to pay.

  • Set a duration -- Your offer stays open for a limited time.

  • Owner decides -- The owner can accept or reject your offer. If they do not respond before the timer runs out, it is automatically rejected.

Offers are available for players and clubs only. You cannot make offers on packs. Auctions are not currently available on the Marketplace but may be introduced in a future update.

Tips for the Marketplace

  • Check the Marketplace regularly. Good deals may pop up at any time, especially right after pack drops when managers are selling duplicates or players that do not fit their plans.

  • When selling, it helps to check what similar players are listed for before setting your price.

  • Try making offers. Some owners are open to negotiation, especially for players not in their starting plans.
